Andrea Ramirez and Jocelyn Leon talk about mental awareness and the realness of a busy schedule. They want students to know that it is okay to talk about mental struggles and opening up to peers and teachers.

Andrea Ramirez interviews Gavin Ferguson and Petra Casillas from Advanced Video Production. They talk about their experience of being seniors currently and living through a pandemic. It marked the two year period of us leaving a for two week early "spring break" and how different it is now coming back to in person school. 

Andrea Ramirez interviews Kayla Keli'inui, varsity wrestling and track athlete, on how she balances her time with sports and academics and stills finds a way to have fun as a junior. They talk about their coping mechanisms and mental strengths to get them through this school year.

Andrea Ramirez interviews Aubrie VanCott on the topic of Sports Medicine and HOSA. Aubrie is a second year sports medicine student trainer and our historian for HOSA and HOSA Happenings.
