We all love stories, they make our lives interesting. People evolved into the powerful beings that they are today, rising to the top of the food chain, because individuals had the ability to tell good stories and believe in them.
Our lives are in fact stories that are worth telling.

Sometimes you might want to be able to sit down with your grandchildren and tell them your story. I am sure that you would like to be the center hero of your story, to be able to relate wonderful things to your grandchildren, rather than hoping they don't ask about details.
But here's the thing... How can we build such stories that are related to facts not just imagination?

To choose and to risk are two of the most frightening things we can do. In theory, it doesn't sound bad, but when people face a difficult choice or a great risk, things start to change.

Most people prefer not to take any chances and not to choose, if they can avoid it. It feels safe to avoid risky situations. It feels safe to not choose if you can. It feels safe to procrastinate and blame the lack of action on time. "I don't have enough time" is one of the most used phrases nowadays.

But what happens when things go sideways when we don't act?

To make a good decision without context is like playing the lottery. Sometimes we might win, making a good decision, but most of the time we lose, and we make a decision that proves to be either mediocre or worse.

But what is Context?
Shortly, context is everything. When you think about any event in your life, anything that you felt, thought, saw, heard or experienced, was connected. Events are rarely isolated. All the surroundings, circumstances, the environment, the background and all the settings that determined that particular event… is the context in which that event took place.

Who are you?
How come that most of the time, we are shocked when somebody asks us this question.

Is it that we don't really know who we are, or we never thought deeply about it?

Nowadays we need more people that are courageous, that make things happen, we need confident people. Because confidence produces action. Action leads to progress and nothing moves unless somebody makes the first step.
When everybody waits to be told what to do, nothing happens.
