Nar and her husband, Cagri Topcu opened their Northside Madison restaurant nearly a year ago, balancing chef Cagri’s longtime dream with Nar’s graduate studies at UW–Madison. With help from their cousin Erkan Gozal, they’re serving up halal street food, classic Turkish ice cream, and other sweet and savory treats.
