Members Reviews:
No Redeeming Value
Would you try another book from Niki Danforth and/or Judith West?
Not likely to buy another Danforth novel. The plot was pedestrian and the characters were without special value.
Ronnie Lake is an amateur private eye who doesn't need to work for a living so she spends her time at a Dojo and pestering her brother who falls in love with a stunner who has issues with her past. It takes Ronnie forever to figure out the obvious. Even the criminals in the story are way short of the minimum when it comes to brain cells. As I think back, the smartest character in the whole story was her dog Warrior.
If this book were a movie would you go see it?
Unlikely anyone would be willing to make this story into a movie.
