For today’s episode we have returning guest Robert W. Sullivan IV! Rob offered to come back on for an episode once we entered into the Halloween season. Of course, I said yes and gave him full discretion to cover whatever he’d like! Rob chose to cover two horror movies that came out earlier this year (2024). Those movies are Late Night with the Devil and Longlegs! As always, Rob delivered a fascinating episode covering these movies, where he points out and explains occult symbolism, Crowley gematria, The Wizard of Oz references, nods to other horror classics, and much much more! For this episode we welcome special guest Charlotte Laws! Charlotte is an author, T.V. personality, public speaker, anti-revenge porn activist, and animal rights activist. She is a former actress and magazine cover girl. She has also performed as a standup comic at the Comedy Store. During this episode, we talk to Charlotte about her book Devil in the Basement. Charlotte is an adoptee and the book chronicles her journey into finding her birth family. This journey led Charlotte to Fairmont, West Virginia, which harbored a dark history of murder, satanic rituals, explosives, mobster dealings, love relationships, local Ku Klux Klan members, domestic violence, and familial ties. We also discuss the Netflix documentary, The Most Hated Man on the Internet. This documentary is the story of Charlotte's mission against the self-styled "King of Revenge Porn," (Hunter Moore), after her daughter (Kayla) was hacked and a topless photo of Kayla was posted online. Charlotte is one of the fiercest, admirable, and selfless individuals I've come across. It was an honor to have her on the show.

We have entered into the month of September, which officially marks the start of spooky season! That's right, spooky season starts in September because one month of it in October doesn't cut it. With spooky season upon us, I wanted to incorporate some spooky segments. These would consist of a variety of spooktacular topics. Some segments may be longer or shorter than the average episode. If I get positive feedback from our listeners, maybe I'll continue to do them throughout the year, as opposed to just leading up to Halloween; after all, this is the kind of content we cover in this show. In this spooky segment, I wanted to cover some curious and notable graves. Some with remarkable or unusual headstones, others with haunting backstories, and some with all of the above.
