We work against the balance we desire to achieve when we attempt to do it all at once. We want our family and/or loved ones on board with the healthy changes that we want to make. We all want the best for our families and them to live healthy lifestyles. Instead of taking small steps, sometimes we create unnecessary pressure and stress.
I want to challenge you to try a different approach to your wellness journey. And a different approach to helping those in your family to make healthier decisions.
Hint: It starts with you, but you may be working against yourself.
