Bella高中2011年的时候从国内武汉转学来加拿大东部新斯科舍省Nova Scotia悉尼市Sydney继续求学，高中毕业后进入位于多伦多的约克大学York University修读社会学专业，第二年转入会计专业。毕业两年，目前在多伦多的一家跨国公司从事会计工作。节目内容包括Bella的留学，就业经历分享，我们对于在加拿大生活的体验和感悟，以及目前受疫情影响下的生活状态和自我调节。
