What's it like to watch this movie for the first time in 2019? Rose has all the answers, as well as participating in a serious rundown of 2006 comedy films, educating Ryan on the perineum, and a potentially darker look at the film's most tortured soul!

This week on yet another excruciating episode of Borat Club, the boys ponder the fate of their immortal souls, the quality of IKEA's furniture, and whether Borat would be a good gacha game.

On the seventh watch of the Oscar-nominated film Borat, Ryan and Niall have decided that they'd rather talk about almost anything else than the movie and instead go deep on the cultural landscape of the year 2006. Crash is a shitty film, Niall recalls the Emo Kid Civil War around My Chemical Romance's classic "Welcome to the Black Parade" (and has dramatically changed his stance in the years since), and the boys gush about Dr. Chris Hansen's work on To Catch a Predator.

Despite a myriad of audio issues and podcast interruptions, Ryan and Niall are in far better spirits for watch six of Borat, where the driving instructor is officially anointed the best character in the movie, Niall does some research on the film's unwitting participants - with some sad results - and Ryan gets a very special delivery.

It's a tense and standoffish episode of Borat Club as the boys ponder the possibility that they have indeed, already been broken by the movie. Few laughs were to be had on this fifth watch, but that doesn't stop Ryan and Niall from seeing what the AliExpress algorithm makes of Borat, nor does it prevent the film's third main character finally coming to the fore.

It's time for episode four and the boys have made a dreadful mistake regarding the watch, but that doesn't stop them from veering out of control as they discuss Sacha Baron Cohen's ass, Christian rock, and the cowboy population of Canada.

On our third watch of Borat, Niall feels some feelings, Ryan begins his dissection of Borat as a character, and there's a disturbing revelation about one of the hosts' mental health.
