Subway Sports Talk

The NBA Outsiders Peter Kennedy, John-Lucas Duffy, Frank Villani, Kyle Anderson, and Andrew Duffy discuss the blockbuster NBA trades that have already taken place. Including Chris Paul to the Suns, Jrue Holiday and Bogdan Bogdanović to the Bucks, and the rumors surrounding James Harden and Russell Westbrook. Plus we preview the wacky, star-lacking NBA Draft. Where will LaMelo Ball go? Is Anthony Edwards the true top player in the draft? Which direction should the Knicks go at number 8? If Killian Hayes, Obi Toppin, or Tyrese Haliburton are there - why are they good fits? Plus, who should they look at if those guys are off the board- perhaps Tyrese Maxey, Devin Vassell, or Patrick Williams? @SubwaySportsTalk on IG and @SubwaySportsTlk on twitter.

Hosts Peter Kennedy and Pat Boyle lock in their picks for the NFL Week 9 slate. This week, Pat Boyle makes an astounding promise that may lead to paying up in bigger ways than just cash.  Pete (2-3 again, 4-6 total) & Pat (2-3, 5-5 total) combine for a losing week at 4-6 putting the total at 9-11. A modest to poor start for Pete and Pat but after this weeks picks, we'll either be winners or Pat Boyle will lose something very close to him. @SubwaySportsTalk on IG and @SubwaySportsTlk on twitter.

Host Peter Kennedy is first joined by Chris Mulé to talk Tua and the Dolphins. In what felt like Tua's real debut, what can we takeaway and how high can Tua go? Does his situation in Miami currently have him set up to find more success than Joe Burrow and Justin Herbert? Then Pat Boyle and Rocco Del Priore join in to discuss what the hell happened to the Buccs, and why we still probably shouldn't panic. Should the Saints be looked at as true Super Bowl contenders? Lastly, we discuss the incredible narrative movements that take place in the NFL - from the Seahawks and Russell Wilson's MVP run to worst defense in the league and now not NFC West favorites? Ravens and Lamar out one wee, then back in the next. The Bills week to week variables. Etc. Plus, some last minute Giants and Jets talk. @SubwaySportsTalk on IG and @SubwaySportsTlk on twitter.

Hosts Peter Kennedy and Pat Boyle lock in their picks for the NFL Week 9 slate. If you followed Pat on the bonus Packers pick in the last episode you're off to a good start. Can we beat our modest 5-5 record from week 8? Pete Picks to Date: 2-3. Pat Picks to Date: 3-2. @SubwaySportsTalk on IG and @SubwaySportsTlk on twitter.

Hosts Peter Kennedy and Pat Boyle have what is becoming an inevitable Giants conversation - What is the future of Daniel Jones and when is the point to move on? His lack of consistency, turnover issues, and missing clutch gene have lead to a 1-7 record, but he always reels you back in with glimpses of greatness. What did the Steelers/Ravens matchup teach us about the two Super Bowl hopefuls? Has the league caught up on Lamar or is that an overreaction? Plus, the Steelers ceiling. We discuss the trade deadlines biggest moves, or maybe the biggest moves that didn't happen. Can the Packers compete as currently constituted? Did we learn anything from Tua's debut vs. the Rams? What can we expect moving forward? Lastly, a week 9 preview including the Buccs/Saints, Raiders/Chargers, Seahawks/Bills, and Ravens/Colts. @SubwaySportsTalk on IG and @SubwaySportsTlk on twitter.
