  • You Were Born to Lead with Rukshana Triem

Everyone experiences a series of ups and downs in their lifetime. It is how we handle the situations we are put in that propels us forward or keeps us behind. There are people, for example, who are lucky enough to learn how to overcome the obstacles put in their way and use their experiences to help others. These people are those who go the distance. This is the case with my guest this week, Rukshana Triem. Rukshana lived as a refugee, dealt with sexual abuse, went through a divorce, had depression and still came out on top. This is a testament to her strength. Not only that but she now uses her new found skills to help motivate other women to overcome their pasts. That's a testament to her character. If you want to learn how to overcome the skeletons in your past and finally allow yourself to succeed, listen to Rukshana's tips. She uses nature, walks, and wisdom to help women remove their masks and embrace their vulnerability.

  • Power Up for Profits with Kathleen Gage

It is quite understood that in the business real, visibility is not an option. Entrepreneurs need to learn to put themselves out there and make themselves seen and heard, even if it's hard to do so. Vulnerability can sometimes lead to the best of outcomes. Kathleen Gage, my guest this week, would most likely agree.

Kathleen is all about visibility. A dedicated author, coach, speaker, and entrepreneur herself, Kathleen works with her clients to bring them out of the shadows and into their own as business powerhouses. Decades ago, Kathleen was living a life void of hope and full of obstacles. She realised she had a choice to make. She could keep making the same mistakes over and over or she could learn a new path and explore a future she never thought possible.

Kathleen shares multiple tips throughout the episodes that will help any aspiring author or business owner to level up in their visibility. If visibility is an issue for you or if you'd just like to learn more about this irrevocably important skill, I highly recommend this episode!

  • Kickstart Your Confidence with Beth Campbell

There are a lot of us that go our entire lives living in the shadows. For whatever reason, we find ourselves being drawn into the invisibility, allowing life to just pass us by. This was the kind of life my guest this week, Beth Campbell, had for around fifty seven years. Although that was the case, it is no longer how Beth chooses to live. She is stepping out of the shadows and into the spotlight - and she's helping her clients do the same thing. Unfortunately in life, resilience, power, and strength usually come after a hardship, and this story is no different. After the sudden lost of her son, Beth had a choice. She could continue down a path of misery or she could heed her son's wishes and try and overcome anything that got in her way of success, including herself. Everyone goes through hardships in their life; what separates successful business owners from those who drown is how they react to said obstacles. I highly recommend hearing Beth Campbell's story and if you happen to also be a shy person, allow her to lead you out of the shadows.

Time and time again it has been proven that one of the most important aspects in a relationship, business or personal, is trust. If this is a commonly accepted idea, then why are we not paying more attention to developing and optimizing trust in all our relationships? That is where my guest this week, Tyler Hoffman, comes in.

Tyler realized very early on in his career that without trust, you cannot reach your full potential. Throughout his career as a business coach, he's developed a trust model that can break the cycle of unhappiness in your business and replace it with rekindling the joy you started off with that will ultimately optimize your profits.
