In order to be successful with your fitness goals, you must have and follow a plan. Losing those extra pounds or being able to hit that new PR won't just happen over night. Having a solid plan is imperative to reaching your goals and we can understand how difficult it really is to staying on track. The plan doesn't only consist of lifting this much and running for that long. It consists of getting adequate amounts of rest, consuming the right nutrients, not packing that cookie for your daily snack, not going out for wings and beer and the list can go on...
Christian and Carlo understand the difficulties of this and point out that it's probably not about what's going on in the gym but it's most likely everything outside of the gym that is affecting your success. If your lifestyle and decisions outside of the gym do not reflect your your goals, you may want to check yourself and reassess.
