As I recorded this episode I reflected on what today means. 

It is a day to honor Martin Luther King Jr., but this year today has so much more meaning. 

Listen as I explore the idea of being anti-racist vs. just being not racist. 

Walk the path of exploring how we have live by the words of Dr. King in our business. 

Because ultimately, business is about service to others. As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?'”
