We as humans make things SO complicated and much harder than they need to be.The majority of people overlook simplicity and set themselves up for failure because of it, as if they’re looking for some bullshit secret ingredient.

In this episode, I talk about why I think success is super simple (though not so easy), chasing discomfort, the hardest part of progress, and the simple formula I use to create my best progress (and what I’ll continue to use long term to create the incredible life I desire, day by day)

This is one of my favourite episodes I’ve ever done. I love these practical episodes because I know if you follow what I talked about here, you’ll be able to move forward, get unstuck and create some kickass results for yourself.

Even though it's simple, it's likely going to be tough. Most will either overlook the simplicity because they're looking for something more complex, or it'll get too hard and they'll retreat back to comfort, settling for mediocrity and not aiming for something greater. If you do choose to be make the smart decision of building skill in this area, your future self will thank you.
