Your Avatar is the person you are showing up to serve in your small business. You should know that Avatar in as much detail as possible, and ALWAYS be learning more about them. The need for this is important - it means you can craft your messages, products and services to your Avatar in a way that resonates so deeply with them - they want to buy from YOU. Most female small business owners never take the time to learn deeply about their Avatar, and that has huge impact on their small business success. In this episode I chat about figuring out the Avatar for your small business, what you need to pay attention to, and how you need to know who you are going to serve better than they know themselves.
