Edward Jones presents Success Made to Last with author Don Tassone debuting his 5th book New Twists hosted by Rick Tocquigny.  First, this book will now be published in late October.  It was originally scheduled for mid-October, but there was a slight delay.  So your listeners will be able to buy it soon via Amazon, Barnes & Noble and my website (dontassone.com), but not just yet.  By the way, I'll be sending you a signed copy of the book as soon as I get mine from the publisher.   Second, by way of a brief description of this book, here is the jacket copy:   The 20 stories featured in this collection are based on abiding themes but with new twists, stories that explore old ideas in today’s world.  What does tolerance look like, for example, at a time of such great divisiveness?  Fifteen of these stories are longer.  Five are very short.  All are an invitation to think anew.   Third, here are a few questions you might consider asking me.  Of course, I know you'll have your own questions too.  :) Why did you write this book?Any tips for our listeners who are thinking about writing creatively?What's next?  (You should know my second novel will be published next June.)

He served five years in Leavenworth federal prison and then worked as a contractor for the Department of Justice, where he helped to capture the drug kingpins. He now lives a quiet life and has been working with the homeless, the afflicted, and people with broken souls with the hospice ministry—all of it at the same time—over the past 17 years.
