We all love to make money especially quick money.  You could have certain done this with a crystal ball and a trading account.  MSGM would have made you lots of money.  Hindsight right!!  Well, lets talk about what exactly penny stocks are and how they behave.  More specifically lets talk about the MSGM move.  Was it warranted?  Will it sustain?

The recent acquisition of Twitter by Elon Musk is a fantastic way to illustrate how business moves can impact your personal life.  Very shortly, people at this company will be losing their jobs on a large scale.   This unemployment is just one of the many metrics used to determine the strength of the economy, and consequently the strength of your spending dollar.  On subsequent podcasts I will include business metrics and data specifically about the companies referenced. Success over Stress!!  Your vote, your voice.  This episode talks about the power in your vote and how it’s important to engage in the election process.  I’ve looked at the FED.gov website and share some data about the financial campaigns ran by Joe Biden and Donald Trump.  November 8th, is the general election so be sure to take part.

Today we talk briefly about my new job, and quitting my professional career. The main topic of the day is creativity!!  It is all important in novel ideas and the ability to be more than what you currently are!!

This episode I'll talk about the software that I use to make landlording more tolerable.  I have a slew of properties needing attention this month, ranging from adding a tenant, possible eviction, lease renewal, pet addendum, and rowdy prospective tenants.  It gets interesting,  and I have have a few golden nuggets in there as well.  Learn through my experiences!!

This episode is dedicated to a 2021 1st Quarter Update.  I talk about losses in the 2021 stock season.  I also talk about what has happened with my rental portfolio including new tenants, property turnovers, raising rents, and evictions.

We all love to think that we set ourselves up for success by making a New Years Resolution.  But, are we doing ourselves any favors?  Lets chat about this.  Keep yourself grounded. Make SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time Oriented.  From there, make yourself a task list that will allow you to compartmentalize significant areas of your goal.  You WILL make it.  Trust yourself... and find an accountability team.  ASAP!!!

Today, let's talk about how important social circles and networks are in your maturation.  You do not live in a silo.  In order to grow, amongst others in civilization you will do far better, far quicker, if you employ the help and utility that others have to offer. Also, you will find that you are a part of others networks as well.  How about being genuine in these encounters.  An open heart is a breeding ground for reciprocity!!

Update on Stock Day Trading and We just started a Non Profit Organization!!  Day trading stocks involves risk, and is not for the faint at heart.  If you want a job..and one where you need to be your own worst critic....then day trade stocks.  Sheesh.  I like the challenge and I'm not done yet.  

 

On the other hand...I've taken some time to do less for myself and more for others.  Carlos Bannister and I started the Non Profit Organization FATE. Friends Aligned to Elevate.  Our mission will be to assist those in the community with their basic needs as groceries.   We also spent time today picking up litter at a local Wells Fargo.  "When you look good , you feel good." Our hope is that the trickle down effect will begin.
