Athlete, performance coach and founder of No17 Personal Training, John Belton

About John Belton
Founder, head coach and trainer at No17, John Belton has over 15 years
experience in the industry. More than that, his expertise stretches beyond the
usual fitness profile. John has qualifications in over 15 different health fields,
from physical therapy to life coaching. John’s broad-spectrum approach to
wellness looks at all areas of an individual’s life, from sleep quality to body
metrics. He’s a popular public speaker and designs group corporate programmes

About Aron Taylor-Smith
Aron Taylor-Smith is a multiple BTCC (British Touring Car Championships) race
winner of the most competitive championship in British Motorsport. Aron began
his motorsport career in Ireland, quickly becoming an Irish Kart champion
before stepping into the Clio Cup. Along his way, he has won races at infamous
circuits such as Monza and Imola before returning back to the UK. In 2012 Aron’s
BTCC debut season was marked by a spectacular maiden victory.
Aron has now graduated into one of the most coveted seats on the BTCC grid as
he signs for the manufacturer-backed RCIB Insurance Racing MG Team. Aron is a
qualified fitness trainer at No17. He is married to Lauren, both of whom founded
P1 nutrition; a nutritional supplements brand, created to optimise motorsport
athlete performance.
