  • 9 Unique Ways To Grow Your Blog Traffic - Success Unscrambled | Blog Traffic Tips | Business Success Stories
    Hello ladies, 10 years ago after I created my first blog I suddenly realised that I had no idea how to drive traffic to my blog.  I spent the last 10 years testing out all sorts of normal and unconventional ways on how to grow your blog traffic.  In this blog post, we will look at 9 unique ways to grow your blog traffic.  Here is a short list:

    * Comment on other people's blog (special way to do it)
    * Write fresh content regularly
    * Share your post on social media
    * Use the Milo Tree plugin
    * Repin popular posts on Pinterest
    * Add click to tweet sections
    * Use Tailwind Tribes
    * Join Pinterest Group Boards
    * Join FB Group Threads

    1. Comment on Other Blogs
    One of the simplest unpaid ways to grow your blog traffic is by commenting on other people's blogs.  Although it may sound super simple and straightforward there is a technique that getting the best return on your investment of time.

    Not all blogs are created equal in terms of commenting options.  Some blogs use the Disqus functionality, others use 'Comment Luv' while others have the standard comment boxes to leave your name, website and email address.

    I personally prefer the simple comment boxes as it means that I don't have to log in to a separate app to leave a comment.  It also means that my audience can easily leave comments on my blog as well.

    As you can see in the above screenshot the comment box is pretty simple.  You enter your comment, add your name, email and website address.  What you need to do is ensure that you use this as an opportunity to use this backlink to your site wisely.

    .  For me personally, my brand is Success Unscrambled so when I enter my details in the name field it will like something like this; "Alvern @ Success Unscrambled".

    For the website box, you don't need to always link to your homepage, feel free to link to your blog or another important page.  Ensure that it is keyword rich and correspond to the matching keyword page or post.

    Finally, in the comment box be sure to enter a comment that adds value.  This means you need to read the post and understand how it adds value to you and your business.  So your comment will thank the blogger and talk about how the post has added value to your life or business.

    This will eventually grow your blog traffic over time as one link can be equal to one visitor to your site every single day of the week.
    2. Create Fresh Content Regularly
    The moment you decided to start blogging is the very moment you made the commitment to create fresh content regularly.  I know a few people who publish more than one blog post every single day.  I am not asking you to do that as this is a huge commitment.

    Ask yourself what rhythm or routine fits best into your schedule.  Once you decide that you are doing this for the next 5-10 years then you will make it a habit.  The good thing about blogging is that it allows you to connect with your audience and fulfils a need in your life to share your knowledge with others.

    The way that writing fresh content can grow your blog traffic is that your audience will keep returning for more value, the search engines love websites with fresh content on a regular basis so the spiders can come back often to re-index your site.

    You will be seen as the authority in your niche for your focus topic so people will remember that and send referrals your way so that you can grow your audience.

    The beauty of publishing content is that you can create it in batches and schedule posts out for 1-3 months at any one time freeing you up to promote that content soon after it has been published.
    3. Share Your Post on Social Media
    One of the best ways to promote your post effectively is by using ...

  • 9 Fantastic Ways To Grow Your Pinterest Business Account - Success Unscrambled | Blog Traffic Tips | Business Success Stories
    Hello you! In this episode, we will be looking at your Pinterest business account in a little more detail.  We will be covering 9 fantastic ways to grow your Pinterest business account.  I am assuming that you have these 5 things already before you can set about doing these daily tasks.  Here are those 5 things:

    * A verified Pinterest business account - without this you will not have access to analytics
    * Between 15-20 keyword rich Boards
    * Each board has a minimum of 60 pins
    * Each pin has a keyword rich description and up to four hashtags
    * You are a collaborator with at least 5 group boards each having at least 100 followers, 1,000 is better

    As I mentioned at the start of this post we will be focusing on the 9 key tasks that you need to do consistently to grow the traffic, impressions and engagement of your Pinterest business account.  Here is a list of those 9 tasks:

    * Looping pins
    * Repin popular pins
    * Update pin images
    * Check pins with the most clicks
    * Pin manually
    * Check pins with the most saves
    * Add pins to group boards
    * Re-pin other peoples content
    * Rewrite/update descriptions and hashtags

    This gives you a sense of what is it you are already doing right as well as what you may need to improve.  Obviously, the ultimate goal of your Pinterest business account is to drive traffic to your blog or website.  However, that traffic needs to see your content in the form of pins first then proceed to your site or simply engage with your pins to give you the feedback needed to take the next step.
    1. Looping Pins
    So you have a board with 60 pins on it and the first thing you need to do to drive impressions and engagement is to keep your boards fresh.  The best way to achieve this without driving yourself crazy doing it all manually is to use a third party tool like BoardBooster.  Although they are not a preferred partner of Pinterest they are widely used to run campaigns, monitor your Pinterest business account and drive traffic sensibly to your content.

    As you can see this is an example of the looping facility in BoardBooster.  I will cover this in more detail in my upcoming course. If you are confused and need help then you can take advantage of the video course where I cover everything step by step.
    2. Re-pin Popular Pins
    As the name suggests you need to know or at least find a way of tracking down those elusive popular pins then re-pin them so that they can gain more traction.  One of the ways to find those popular pins is to use the Pin Inspector functionality that you can find in Tailwind.  If you don't have an account yet or if you have an account and not yet using Tailwind to help drive massive traffic to your blog or website you should do so now.

    As you can see from the above screenshot Pin Inspector gives you a thorough breakdown of each pin in terms of when it was first pinned to your board and how many times it has been re-pinned.

    3. Update Pin Images
    One of the known ways to increase views to your blog post is by split testing the engagement of your pins to see which images get the most love from your audience.  Sometimes you may have a killer title for your blog post but finding the perfect image that resonates with your audience is another story.  Here is an example of one of my specific blog posts which have been repinned 100 times after I changed the image.

    Before

    After

    As you can see both images are very different and they seem to be referring to two completely different blog posts.  You will also realise that I decided to try two very different pin sizes to see if that made a difference.

  • 7 Surprisingly Clever Reports That Increases Your Monthly Pinterest Views - Success Unscrambled | Blog Traffic Tips | Business Success Stories
    Monthly Pinterest views are vital if you have a Pinterest business account.  Very few people know about the power of Pinterest Marketing so if you are also new to this concept let me take some time to explain.  Although, many people have been using Pinterest as a great place to find gift ideas, favourite recipes and the latest fashions there are some business owners who are aware of the fact that Pinterest is not necessarily a social media platform but a visual search engine.

    Because Pinterest is a visual search engine then anyone who would like to use its power to drive traffic to their blog or website would need to ensure that their profile, boards and pins are keyword rich so that people looking to find what they have to offer are able to find these pins.

    If you would like some quick tips on getting Pinterest traffic to your blog, you can take a look at this 15-minute video outlining how I went from zero to 21,568 views in 30 days here.  Otherwise, let's take a look at those 7 surprisingly clever tools to increase your monthly Pinterest views.

    Here are the 7 reports that are generated by these 7 clever tools:

    * Follower Growth
    * Best Time to Pin
    * Idle Group Boards
    * Board Performance
    * Pinning History
    * Follower Growth on Group Boards
    * Group Board Performance

    1. Follower Growth
    There are several tools out there that help Pinterest Marketers track their Pinterest monthly views on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.  Two of the popular tools include BoardBooster and Tailwind.  If you don't have an account for any of these you can sign up for a free trial of BoardBooster here and a free trial of TailwindsApp here.

    Once you have an account you can log in to BoardBooster by clicking on the 'sign in' button as shown in the screenshot below:

    This is not a course on how to set up or use BoardBooster but if you are already using it how to take advantage of some lesser known features.  Once you have logged in click on reports then choose Follower Growth.  Depending on how long you have been using Board Booster your report will look different to mine.

    Here is an example of what my report looks like. As you can see my Pinterest account experienced a 326.5% growth rate over the last 71 days.

    It is so easy for us, as Pinterest Marketers, to look at the last 7 days or the last 14 days but when we do a big picture view we get to see where we were and where we are today in comparison to 71 days ago.  This can help you with your monthly Pinterest views as it outlines as to whether or not your account is growing or shrinking.  It does not, however, suggest what you need to do to remedy the situation.

    2. Best Time to Pin
    The next useful one is the 'best time to pin' report and just by clicking on reports in BoardBooster you can choose it from the list. As the name suggests this compilation shows you the best time to pin based on your scheduled pinning history.  You may or may not see any results depending on how you used Board Booster in the past.

    Do reading the information you received at the top of the report as it outlines what you need to do to avoid any margins of error.

    As you can also see from this report you can filter by each board to see what insight you can glean and change your pinning schedule to match the advice given by this compilation.  One of the best ways to improve your monthly Pinterest views is to ensure that you are pinning at the optimal time so that you can take advantage of the traffic relevant to your niche.

  • What is a Writing Coach and How She Can Help? - Success Unscrambled | Blog Traffic Tips | Business Success Stories
    Writing coach specialist, Heather LeRoss, is our special guest on this episode of Success Unscrambled.  Heather is a Mother, an Author and Writing Coach for women.
    Writing Coach Background
    Being a Mother and a woman she noticed what was missing in her life.  She started with writing which gave her a lot of feedback.  After some research, she decided to become a life coach.  She felt compel to do more of her writing coach practice through journaling. Like writing prompts and journaling.

    She spent almost 17 years in corporate America.  Since starting her blog and writing and publishing her first book it felt like love.  She likes to help women feel less alone.  Her book is called Just Tell Me I'm Pretty, Musings on a Messy Life.
    Role Model
    Her husband was the one who inspired her to be where she is today.  He is her inspiration and she believes that she is very lucky to have a husband who loves her so much. He even came up with the name Tipsy Tiara.

    The best advice she ever received was 'don't take it personally'.  She does not remember who told her but it has been the mantra for some time.  She constantly reminds herself to not take things personally.  If something bothers her she will reach out and ask for clarification.
    Biggest Impact
    She lost her sister in law 3 years ago.  She died to cancer.  She was quite close to her for many years.  She was quite young so it has really rocked her.  She never got a chance to say goodbye because it happened suddenly and it was totally unexpected.
    The Leap
    Taking a leap is monumental and scary which is super scary for most women.  Her writing coach practice advises women to start making tinny, tiny, turtle steps immediately.  For women wanting to make a change, they can start with turtle steps.  Creating a vision board, enrolling in a class, doing some research are all the things that can be considered turtle steps.
    Fun Questions
    Susan Hyatt is a fellow entrepreneur that really hits the mark for her.  Susan is a master life coach and has dedicated her life to helping women.  She is inspiring and uplifting, coaches around writing, weight loss and day to day living.  She is positive, strong and a great person.

    Trade places
    She would trade places with her son who has ADHD, she wants to see how he sees the world.  Her son is optimistic, happy, upbeat, empathetic, charismatic young person she ever met.  He would be upset about something but 5 minutes later he would be fine about what happened.  He would just realise that this one thing was a lesson and move right on to being happy again.  All of her life coach training could not help her to be like him.
    Something That She Cannot Do That She Wish She Could Do
    She wishes she could sing.  Her husband bought her a Karaoke machine.  She cannot hear a tune but she really wishes she could sing.
    Guilty Pleasure
    She is a huge fan of massages.  She tries to get very regular massages. She became a Licensed Massage Therapist 11 years ago but did not pursue it as she was the primary breadwinner in her home at the time.  So she only got to practice for 3 months.
    Final Advice
    She believes that we need to be kinder to ourselves as women.  She really wants women to take this to heart and look up self-care.  She really wants women to start recognising that voice.  Through her writing coach practice, she wants women to question that voice.
    Where to Find Heather

  • Why PR Consulting Is Important for Your Business or Blog - Success Unscrambled | Blog Traffic Tips | Business Success Stories
    Today we take some time to sit down and chat with Alessandra Pollina a is the founder of a PR consulting firm called Pollina PR and Marketing, she helps small businesses with PR and marketing.
    PR Consulting Offers These 5 Things

    * Give the public a reason to take you and your business seriously
    * Builds up clout for you and your business
    * Gets you and your business in front of a different set of people
    * Helps you build lasting relationships with writers and publications
    * Helps you create an effective media kit to pitch to writers and publication

    Why She Does PR Consulting
    She gets really excited when she has to help other Entrepreneurs and business owners with all the cool things that they are doing. She loves helping spread people's messages and she loves to be a part of it in some way.

    She started out with just public relations in a specific sense she will help businesses get featured in the news by pitching journalists and their editors. Trying to get their story featured in a publication.  PR has broadened a bit and it now includes social media, online marketing and all of those things that can be added to the mix to help spread the message.

    Her specialisation is still in the media relations because a lot of times it continues to be the missing link that people don't know how to do as much as it is not on their radar but it can have the biggest effect because it enables a business to reach other people that they normally don't reach using direct marketing strategies.

    Her PR consulting firm has also grown a lot in the last 12 months as she has found that she likes to work one on one with people more.  Sometimes someone does not want to hire her PR consulting firm as an agency to work on their brand on a monthly basis.

    It is more working with them as the business owner to teach them the tools and teach how to create the materials they need as well as how to carry out the strategy themselves so that they can do a lot of the promoting on their own and not tied down to working with an outside agency all the time.

    Nobody promotes your business better than you do.  She finds it a bit more fun way to work with them hands-on using a shorter time scale timeline where she can prepare them with everything that they need and let them off into the world to promote their business on their own.
    Media Relations in PR Consulting
    She explains that media relations within her pr consulting firm relate to creating a wish list about who you would like to write about your brand or business.

    It starts with creating a media list which can be specific writers who are applicable for your media or brand or it can start with an idea, you know you have this interesting story to tell about your business or brand and she would see from there which publications would be the most natural fit for the story. So she can approach it from both ways depending on what is best.

    She then takes puts the story and brand together and create a media kit in one place that she can go to the publication or writer with the specific pitch.  It is making the pitch and then following up.  Most importantly it hinges on the relationship between the writer or publication and Alessandra herself.

    At the end, you will have this earned media coverage of your brand which you will have forever.  You can then save it and share it with people.  It helps promote your brand in such a way that cannot be obtained using any other media.

    It should not all about the bottom-line.  The number one reason for promoting your business using PR consulting is building up clout for your business. People will take your business more seriously.  More people will see it and you will get in front of people you would not normally get in front of for years and months t...

  • How A Life Coach Can Help You Achieve Success - Success Unscrambled | Blog Traffic Tips | Business Success Stories
    Lindsey Vertner Life Coach
    On this episode of the Success Unscrambled Podcast we have a special guest on and her name is Lindsey Vertner. She is  International Personal Development Life Coach and Transformational Speaker who specialises in helping the overwhelmed woman who feels like she is just stuck and cannot get to the next level that she is trying to achieve in her career or personal life.

    The Top 5 Things She Offers As A Life Coach

    * Overcoming Fear
    * Recognising and Healing Limiting Beliefs
    * Practicing Self Care
    * Practicing Work Life Balance
    * Time Management

    Why Is A Life Coach
    It is her passion to help other women because she was that girl that was overwhelmed.  She has the background children and marriage but she felt like something was still missing.  She was in a 'fatal' care wreck, she was brain dead many times.  In 2007 she was pronounced dead on the scene of a car wreck and she was brought to the nearest trauma hospital where she was pronounced brain dead again.

    Because they could not identify her they decided to keep her alive on the machines until the found her family and she eventually pulled through from her diagnosed state.

    She suffered brain trauma, paralysis and she does not recall an entire week of her life.  She had a lot of physical injuries and a lot of inner injuries like cognition, understanding and focus.  She had to coach herself to get back to where she needed to be as she had short term memory loss.  She did not remember many of her friends and colleagues.
    What She Enjoys Most About Being A Life Coach
    She enjoys watching the ladies transform. She feels honoured and humbled to watch that take place and that women would trust her to come into their lives.  To see when they get that aha moment.  She believes that every woman has what it takes to level up but they need just a little bit of help pulling it out and that is where she comes in and she loves it.
    Her Role Model
    Her Mother is the one who inspired her.  Her Mother was a single Mom who raised three children, Lindsey and her two brothers.  She already put two of her children through college and her little brother is yet to graduate.  Watching her Mother's strength to keep her household together and allow all 3 children to have a happy childhood even when times were tough.  Her Mother was always very supportive of what Lindsey wanted to do.
    Best Advice She Ever Received
    It is all about perspective.  Any time you are going through that negative situation it is just finding that perspective that can help you take the lesson and grow from it. Sitting in negativity is not going to help you or anyone else around you.
    What Does Success Mean To Lindsey
    Being able to create the life that she wants to live.  Having quality moments with her husband and her children. Travelling and experience things that many people don't get to experience.  She never wants to take that for granted she just loves having that quality time.

    Making those memories as that is what really matters.  Creating the life that she wants so that she can have that time, freedom and flexibility to create those memories that she wants.  She also wants to be a great example for her children.
    That Thing with the Biggest Impact
    Knowing that when you have a small idea, it's important to act on it.  Because you'll never know who you're going to touch and how you're going to help them.

    Once you realise that it changes your perspective because then she feels selfish whenever she let's fear control her actions.  It could be that she is not doing what she supposed to do that in turn helps others do what they need to do or overcome their situation.

    she definitely thinks that everyone has a purpose.

  • How To Curb Emotional Eating and Lose Weight Naturally - Success Unscrambled | Business Success Stories | LinkedIn Lead Gen | Blog Traffic Tips
    Are you busy, ambitious and looking for a way to curb emotional eating for good? On today's podcast we catch up with Alegra Loewenstein.  She is a Health Coach specialising in helping busy women to get rid of the guilt around eating showing them how to eat what they want and lose weight naturally in the process, no counting and no restrictions.
    How To Curb Emotional Eating

    * Her approach to eating and losing weight is very different to the conventional way of thinking.  She believes that for the vast majority of people you can eat whatever you want.  This can be achieved by listening to our bodies and respecting it.
    * When we are tuned into our bodies we will eat when we are hungry, stop eating when we are full and as a result our bodies will get the exact amount of food we need to be our best and look our best.  Our bodies will actually get rid of the excess weight naturally.
    * She says that you can curb emotional eating by learning to eat the right amount of junk food that is satisfying, feels good and taste good but when it stops feeling good you will stop eating it.  We get into this trap of not listening to our bodies at all which is the catch with all the other advice we get from various sources.
    * If you are measuring what you eat based on a certain number of calories then you have just totally ignored anything that your body has to say about it.  For example, you may have just finished exercised and you are very hungry but you will stop eating when you reach your allowed quota, like those 100 calorie snack bags.
    * She has met a lot of women who are under eating during the day with 100 calories here and 200 calories there and by the end of the day their bodies are telling them that it is so hungry.  When added to the stress of the day many women just go to the kitchen cupboard and eat the entire box of cookies.
    * There are so many weight loss diets on the market but the truth is what works for one person does not work or the next person.  If you feel good eating two meals a day and you feel fantastic you should do it.  If you are suffering and totally not enjoying yourself by eating two meals a day then she predicts that diet will not work for you.
    * In the beginning, when you try to curb emotional eating it is not going to be easy because we have trained ourselves to count calories, to eat the wild berries from Amazon so we have to literally un-train ourselves.  As women we are ambitious and busy so we are not always going to be able to pay attention to our bodies so we have to do a little bit of planning to get it right.

    Why Do You Do What You Do
    She really enjoys helping women let go of the old story, where we have to starve ourselves and eat things that taste like cardboard, punish ourselves to achieve a health goal.

    She's helping women to stop feeling guilty about their food and stop feeling like the only way to win is to eat these horrible things and to starve themselves.  She really wants to help them transform their relationship with food.  She is really good at helping them.

    She gets to work with so many amazing women.  They get better at doing what they do.

    Food feels like a friend to them.  They are turning to food because they feel bored or stressed or they have a project to complete and going to the fridge and eating a slice of cheese is so much nicer.
    Who Was The Role Model In Your Life
    She really does not have business owners in her family.  She always had the idea to own her own business while growing up.  She wanted to have a candy store at one point when she was addicted to sugar even tea shop on another occasion.

    When she heard about being a Health Coach she immediately thought that she would be so good at that without knowing what a health coach actually does.

    She grew up eating healthy because her Mother was ...

    On today's episode I have a surprise guest with us.  Her name is Tasha Booth from TashaB Solutions. She is an Online Business Manager including a Pinterest Virtual Assistant and Business Strategist.

    She helps online businesses, authors and bloggers with the back ends of their businesses like digital marketing and any kind of technology needs around Wordpress and SquareSpace.
    Pinterest Virtual Assistant + Online Business Manager
    She helps online businesses set up and grow their Pinterest accountants to drive traffic to their sites.  She has a team of five subcontractors to include;

    * Graphic designer
    * Video Editor
    * Social Media Manager
    * Facebook Ad Specialist

    She has a lot of fun helping her clients.  She loves the fact that she gets to learn something new every day.  She enjoys seeing progress in her client's business and enjoys helping people and seeing their business grow knowing that she and her team are a pat of that dynamic.

    As a Pinterest Virtual Assistant she has clients in 6 different countries and all of the work is done online.  She is based in the US and she has clients in 10 different states.  She is focused on curating a relationship with each and every client.  They all have her phone number, her email address and they know that she is okay with them contacting her via these methods.  It helps them to get to know her better so that she can serve their business more efficiently.

    She started out almost by accident as she was already a blogger and pretty comfortable with Pinterest and Social Media Marketing when she saw many businesses looking for Pinterest Virtual Assistants.  Since she had existing student loans to clear she decided to do this part time and her business grew and grew to the point where a few months ago she needed to quit her job and do her business full time.

    Her Mother has been and continues to be her role model and biggest fan. She has always trusted Tasha, advised her to go with her heart and to trust herself.  Her Mother has always given her permission to just jump and do things without feeling like if she has the wrong answer.
    The Best Advice
    The best advice that Tasha has received to date in business is to create standard operating procedures before she thinks she needs them for her Pinterest Virtual Assistant business.  One key reason for this is to increase efficiencies around how things are done and to reduce bottlenecks in workflows.

    Her Mother has always said to whom much is given much is required so she always tries to find ways to give back, to help others who are not yet at the point of success where she is presently.  Having her business has helped her to do just that and to be a mentor for others.

    She mentors via one on one coaching, she also help other people who have just started on the Pinterest Virtual Assistant path and they are looking for advice on how to improve their craft.  People also request her assistance via social media.
    One Thing Impacted Her Life to Date
    She was married to an amazing guy for a little over 10 years.  He was amazing but they were not amazing for each other.  "You're great, I'm great but we're not great together".  It was so hard but it was a turning point for her where her life didn't have to look like anybody else's neither did she have to validate her choices with anybody else.  She can steer her boat a different way if she knows deep down that it is not going the way that it should.
    Freeing herself to say that this is not what it should be and freeing him to be okay with this decision was a huge for both of them.

    When is Best to Take the Leap
    Tasha decided that it was time to take the leap when the income from her side hustle, Pinterest Virtual Assistant, outpaced the income from her corporate job.

  • How To Build Self-Confidence After Setbacks In Your Life - Success Unscrambled | Business Success Stories | LinkedIn Lead Gen | Blog Traffic Tips
    Show notes: How to build self-confidence is the focus of today's episode and with us, we have Ruth-Ellen from the Confident School.

    Hello ladies, have you ever wanted to know how to build self-confidence after a major setback?  We have a special guest on today and her name is Ruth-Ellen.

    Ruth-Ellen is a Sales Coach and her company is called The Confident School.  She believes that selling starts and ends with confidence.  When you believe in yourself, you can then sell your products and services to anybody.

    Ruth-Ellen's Major Set Back
    Ruth-Ellen goes on to share her life story about when she self-experienced a major setback and she found herself lacking lots of confidence.  This took her by surprise as she has 20 years experience in sales and winning multi-million pound/dollar deals the last thing she expected was a loss of self-confidence.

    Her divorce completely changed how she interacted with people. It changed who she was to the point where she did not know who she was after a while.

    She went on a journey of self-discovery to find herself again.  She wasn't sure which part was truly her and what about her was part of the failed relationship.

    The situation was very grim as at one point she had nowhere to live.  Her husband at the time kicked her and the kids out.

    As a result of that,
    Limiting Beliefs and Self Worth
    She set up this service to help women who need to know how to build self-confidence either after a major setback or who just generally want to build self-confidence.

    Ruth-Ellen enjoys most seeing that lightbulb moment in the women who she assists with coaching.  Women generally have 'limiting beliefs' and feel that they are not enough, they don't get enough money because they don't feel worthy when major setbacks happen in their life they almost lose hope.

    Your bank account has nothing to do with your self-worth.  She gets them to the point where they stop seeing themselves as just a number.  She then takes on other aspects of coaching including things like objections.
    How To Build Self-Confidence Program
    Ruth-Ellen digs a little deeper into the how to build self-confidence coaching program.  It is a 90-day program where she starts at the foundation of what's happening in that woman's life.  At the outset, she has a real conversation with her clients to find out what is really going on.

    This initial conversation normally does not address business concerns but life from a personal point of view.  Once these details have been established Ruth-Ellen together with her client then looks at how these personal concerns may be affecting the performance of her client's business.

    It affects the way they see themselves as well as the way they see their products and services. It is sometimes heartbreaking for her when she hears the way her clients perceive themselves as individuals.

    The program itself is done in sprints where she does a call via Zoom every 2 weeks with her clients.  Homework is given after each call.  Homework can include creating a landing page or writing 100 reasons why that person is the best at what they do.

    As part of this how to build self-confidence coaching program Ruth-Ellen has this 'complete-delete-repeat' cycle where clients are encouraged to remove the unnecessary aspects of their lives and/or business.  She helps them get rid of what she calls 'Mom guilt' and focus on the tasks that are going to make a difference.

    For Ruth-Ellen's client's transformation will not happen without implementation.  There is no point talking about strategies if her clients have not implemented what they learn into their business.
