Rachel Key battled rodents, dust for days, and a vacant center in order to get the ICD Program up and running again in Fairfield, Alabama. She explains what she started with, how she became affiliated with the program, and what she plans to do next to keep ICD relevant with her local. 

Michael Pugh from USW Local 979 Cleveland Cliffs-Cleveland went from suit and tie to full time Steelworker and has never looked back. He talks with ICD about how his learning journey started with one class and a kitchen project that turned into a lucrative side business. Even with a full-time job, family, and a few businesses on the side, he always makes learning a priority in his life.
