At the beginning of 2019, business coach Shanda Sumpter set a goal to fail 19 times in the next 12 months and publicly declared her goal.

It's the end of the year, which means many of us are thinking about our goals for the new year. We all have big dreams and aspirations, but one of the most common challenges I hear from people about why they haven't started their business yet or aren't further along is, "I don't have the time."
