In todays episode we have Rob from Netherlands where he grew up in a small village having difficulties with authorities. Then he started to develop what the doctors call an "Auto-Immune Disease" and he was told that he would not be able to get rid of the Chronic Ailment and had to take medicine for the rest of his life. He then went ahead, changed his diet and he says that his immune system fully functions now. After 2 month he already went without medicine and was free of symptoms. This experience created cracks in the matrix. There was an alternative way. He was very drawn to get to know more about the power of the mind and started looking into stoicism. He also speaks about meeting Wim Hoff, traveling with the Trans-Siberian Railway, his experience of living with monks, Vippasana, traveling to Mt. Kailash and visiting the Isha Yoga Center in India. I really enjoyed listening to his story and feel that anybody that listens to it will leave the podcast determined and inspired to look a little bit deeper within themselves.
