Michelle Wilson, co-founder and co-owner of @oohlaluxe online clothing boutique, shares some of the things she has learned over the past decade as she and her sister Cristina grew a small, 500 square foot clothing store into four locations, 20+ employees in Northern California, and a wildly successful worldwide online store with almost 200 thousand followers on social media.
