demanding respect and a single US negotiator. The US-Japan trade
talks are ongoing, with Italy and the UK also in negotiations. US
crush data was down 1% Year over year, and Brazil's corn and soybean
basis levels fell. Palm oil production in Indonesia is expected to
rise by 3-4% next year. Fed Chair Jerome Powell will talk later this
afternoon. Some traders believe the worry over an economic slowdown
will prompt aggressive interest rate cuts, while others believe the
worry over inflation will keep rates high.
