Many react in the heat of the moment instead of responding. It’s crucial we learn how to respond and not react.

Anxiety is like living in a perpetual state of fear. It can be very debilitating if not managed. You must be taught how to manage anxiety. But I believe there is always hope in every situation.

Gender Based Violence toward women/girls disproportionately impact women/girls in the areas of sex abuse and human sex trafficking especially in war conflict zones.

Every human will error. But we must learn to not beat people up for their mistakes. We all have different emotional maturities. Some can admit their wrong doings. Some struggle doing so. But we must show people grace and allow them space to grow.

We must be careful not to demean others for operating in the capacity that they are able to!

There are many adults who have not healed the broken inner child within them. Many don’t feel safe in sharing who or what hurt them. The side effects of childhood trauma are lasting but can be healed. I pray you start your healing journey today.
