Adam Skaggs joined Suffolk Athletics in August 2022 as the department's second-ever sole administrator. The newly named Associate Director of Athletics introduces himself to Ram Nation, gives his history, and details what his new role entails.

Suffolk men's soccer goal keeper Alfredo Serrano Figueroa joined Suffolk Sounds for episode 36 to discuss his time as an international student-athlete.

The newest addition of Suffolk Athletics, Ellie McDougall, the fourth head women's soccer coach in Suffolk University history, joined Suffolk Sounds to give Ram Nation a glimpse of her background. 

Dana Harris, the longest tenure assistant coach on Jeff Juron's men's basketball coaching staff, is the first assistant coach to join Suffolk Sounds to give Ram Nation a brief history of his background and how he came to Suffolk University. 

Gwen Koziara, freshman on the Suffolk women's cross country team, joined Suffolk sounds to discuss her time at the University in which she helped the Rams to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) crown in the first year competing in the league. 

Episode 31 of Suffolk Sounds features women's hockey's junior Sofia Scilipoti, who spent her first two years at Suffolk Madrid and just skated with the Spanish National Team prior to her first game with the Rams.
