On this episode, Pastors Sam and Caleb are joined by guest, Christ Bassett, LMFT. Chris began seeing clients in 1998 and has worked with families, couples, children and individuals who are interested in becoming healthier individuals. Following her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Child Development from Western Washington University, she received her Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from George Fox University in Oregon.

On today's episode, we discuss the deep topic of Suicide. We go over common misconceptions and stigmas around this topic, as well as proper language to use. Chris walks us through the QPR method when talking with someone who seems suicidal. Pastor Caleb and Pastor Sam share their own experiences with suicide.
