That's exactly what sparked our deep dive into excursion etiquette this week – a promised maze experience that turned out to be nothing more than a drive-by glimpse from a coach window.

Excursion descriptions often gloss over crucial details like how much time you'll actually spend at destinations versus traveling between them. We share our frustrations with this lack of transparency and discuss what cruise lines should disclose when selling these increasingly expensive experiences. From the four-hour coach journey for a 30-minute stop to the "highlights" that aren't highlighted at all, we explore how better communication could lead to happier cruisers.

But passenger behavior deserves equal scrutiny. We tackle the infuriating habit of fellow travelers talking over tour guides, showing up late to meeting points, and wearing wildly inappropriate footwear for activities.
