The Sullivan County NAACP Branch held a candidate forum for the New York State Senate race in the 51st District at The Black Library in Monticello. This forum featured Democratic candidate Michele Frazier, a former Oneonta City Council member, and incumbent Republican Senator Peter Oberacker, who is seeking his second re-election.
