'When loud noise echoes and the world seems loud, we seek solace in Jesus. How do you find a calm, quiet center? Jesus invited his disciples to come away and learn a different way to pray. Come away and pray.'

"Don't be anxious about anything; rather, bring all of your requests to God in your prayers and petitions, along with giving thanks." Philippians 4:6

'A dirty shower or bathtub is most satisfying to scrub. One you have let it get to the point of visible need, it is noticeable the effect of your effort. As we come to Ash Wednesday, we pause and examine our hearts to see where we need to confess our mortality. Join us as we seek God's grace together.'

‘After my eyes have been dilated, I put on my sunglasses right away. I usually operate at about 150 miles per hour juggling tasks and conversations. However, dilation slows me down to focus on the moment. I wonder if it was like that for the disciples in the transfiguration moment. Join us as we adjust our metaphorical sunglasses over our dazzled disciple eyes.’
