It's been a MONTH since I last chatted to you guys... and a lot has been happening. Some highs, and some lows, but all in all we're getting there! Here's a little "updates" podcast, explaining to you guys what's been going on in my life, from my recovery journey and getting the help I need, to spending more time with family and friends, and looking forward to the annual "September refresh" (which I'm sorry I'm starting it now... I NEED autumn to come sooner, as I am currently sat here sweating my ass off in a matching trackies set because I want the autumn air and cosy season nowww!!)
