Memorial Day is the kickoff of the summer season! Summer comes with a lot of obstacles to your fitness lifestyle BUT as we always say, you must find your balance! We’ve been working the whole winter on that summer body and the worst thing would be throwing it all away while on vacation or at these many festivities. That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy them though! We’ve got some good tips at how to prepare in advance and still have fun (and not deprive yourself of tasty foods!)
