AliceAnn is back from her vacation! We didn’t get too deep i into any one topic, but went over this BIG August full moon, and a nice yoga transition at the end for extended side angle! We’ll be back next week to talk about the changing season and how we can flow with the seasons as we transition from summer to fall!
