Summit Church

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE

Andrew continues the Reformation series, focusing on Nehemiah's rebuilding of Jerusalem's walls after exile. He highlights that while the temple is restored, the walls, representing identity and protection, remain in ruins, reflecting Christians' spiritual battles today. Reformation is a process involving opposition, reliance on the Holy Spirit, and transforming brokenness into testimonies of God's glory. He urges the congregation to identify their struggles, seek renewal, and trust in God's power to turn pain into purpose.

Jim focuses on the final section of the Sermon on the Mount, stressing the need to build one's life on a solid foundation of faith in Christ. He cautions against "consumer Christianity," where belief is professed but not truly lived, as Jesus warns that not everyone who calls Him "Lord" will enter heaven.
