Barry Karcher was a contestant on the hit TV show Alone which is hosted by the History channel. Alone is by far my favorite show on the planet. Barry brought his son Evan along with him for a never before seen or heard experience.

On November 20, 2019 this industry lost a legend. Jake Burton shaped snowboarding to what it is today. From redesigning the snowboard to creating competitions that grew large enough to put snowboarding in the Olympics. Jake shaped the sport to be as large as it is today and in this episode I dive into how he did it.

Aria started different then most who are into the outdoors. He started in the city. But he never let the city boundaries stop his desire for exploration. He left the city and tackled many long distance trails before creating two of his own along with writing trail guidebooks for them. James started young as a Boy Scout and soon realized how much that path of life would benefit him. He climbed in ranks as he summited peaks. James has been hiking and adventuring in the New England area for years. It wasn't until after college at Tufts, where James would embrace trekking at it's fullest. He took on Kilimanjaro and Base Camp 1 of Everest.

A year and a half ago, Caleb embarked on a journey that would change the course of his life. He finally got his license and he took every opportunity to climb. Now, a year and a half later, he has done 30 first ascends with his latest, Mount Massive. From what we can find, he is the first to ever rock climb Massive. I met up with him on the Summit and we caught back up this week to chat about the adventure.
