Look up, maintain a straight posture and breathe in as much fresh air as you can!
During a marathon as I had slowed down a fellow runner gave me this advice.
I followed.
And all my runs after that have been a breeze.
Run faster, overtake, and win over!
When I used to see other runners running, I naturally had this feeling.
But then I soon realized that it isn’t the way to peak performance.
How?
Find out in this episode!
When people see me running barefoot they are in awe!
They come and talk to me and then they become friends.
And that has taught me a wonderful peak performance lesson.
Coming up in this episode.
While running on the road, I always run in the direction opposite to the traffic. But I have seen many runners run in the same direction suggesting I should do the same too.
Today something happened, and it proved me right.
An interesting anecdote coming up in this episode.
With my peak visualized, energy managed, today on the 4th day, I was truly enjoying my run.
And when I came back home and checked he run stats, I was up for some interesting revelation.
What was it?
Coming up in this episode.
Today I will run with no problems!
Determined, I set out on the 3rd day of my first Navrun. I had run a little over 4 km. And I was feeling tired once again.
Once again I had slowed down.
I wondered why.
A realization dawned upon me. And that is what I will share with you in today’s episode.
It was my first Navrun.
On the 2nd day after running for about 2 km, I couldn’t run. I slowed down. Then walked some of the distance. Then suddenly I remembered something, and I was running again.
What did I remember?
Well, listen to this episode to know about it!
As I stepped out barefoot for my run, my neighbor was awestruck.
Barefoot! He looked at my feet and exclaimed. Aren’t you afraid of being hurt?
Ah! It’s just in the mind, I said and sped away.
And I had my learning of the day - It's all in the mind.
My excitement is at its peak!
Navratri is a day away. Every year just before Navratri I am always full of excitement, anxiety, and vigor.
Why?
Because every Navratri I challenge myself to do the Navrun!
This Navrun has helped me uncover the best-kept secrets about peak performance which I would love to share with you!
