Ryan and Eddie share their thoughts on the recent Genealogy banner, as well as the new story chapter that came with it. Version 2.5 hit the game this week, so we break down our thoughts on some of the changes made across the many game modes of Fire Emblem Heroes. Rounding out our game play this week, we take a look ahead with the new event calendar detailing events from now until mid-June. For our topic we return to FEH Basics with a look at SP, Skill Inheritance, and Sacred Seals. In the Speculation Corner we theorize whether the upcoming Bridal celebration could bring Grooms to the game. Summoner’s Focus also returns with a look at Navarre: Scarlet Sword. Finally, we close out the show with a quick stop at the Outrealm Gate for a look back at the Fire Emblem franchise.

A very sick Ryan keeps the show going with Eddie as they chat about the recent Legendary Lyn banner, the new Grand Hero Battle with Male Kana, and finally go through the huge May update that was announced. Both Ryan and Eddie were able to summon Legendary Lyn, but their stories almost seem reversed from previous Legendary banners. We forgo the normal episode structure to focus on all the new stuff coming in the May update. The massive quality of life update includes changes to: Arena, Weapon Refinery, Tap Battle, Rival Domains, a new Tutorial, and updates for new players. Whew! That’s a lot of new stuff, all dropping after the May 8th maintenance.

A whole bunch of stuff to break down this week, starting off with the new hereos added in the Wings of Fate Banner. We have our first Kinshi Knight with Hinoka! There’s also a new story chapter to go with the banner, advancing the story quite a bit, which has Eddie thinking ahead in the Speculation Corner. Golden Week started today, so we go over the six ways Intelligent Systems is celebrating. Much to Ryan’s surprise, we have our new Legendary Hero announced, which is LYN! How does everyone feel about the fifth version of Lyn? How about this being the first coloured bow hero? You’ll have to tune in to find out!

On the show Ryan and Eddie give their thoughts on the finale to the first Grand Conquest, as well as opinions on the changes to Tempest Trials. Moving in to our topic we continue our FEH Basics series with Passive Skills. Eddie wanted to lock in a few thoughts on the upcoming banner in Speculation Corner, but we’ll have thoughts on the new heroes next episode. Well, FEH certainly graced us with a bounty of news, didn’t she? Thanks to the overstuffed FEH Channel update we dedicate our entire show to its contents. Starting with the World of Thracia, we go over the new heroes and the new story chapters added to the game. Moving on, we discuss Tempest Trials+, stamina cost changes for Bound Hero and Grand Hero Battles. We pause the news just a bit to give our extended thoughts on the first few days of Grand Conquest, a new mode using the Rival Domains combat system. After rounding out the news with a few more tweaks and additions in Patch 2.4, we tackle a meaty topic: the Summoning Pool Disparity. Tuck in Fire Emblem fans, this is a big one (and we’d love to know your thoughts)!
