The Scriptures teach us that there is no one righteous...not even one. We are ALL sinners in desperate need of a Savior. And that's why our Messiah came. He bled and died...paying the penalty of sin. And now, because of His sacrifice, we have the opportunity to receive salvation. All we must do is believe in Him. But that belief is more than just SAYING we believe Him. The proof of that belief will be a changed life. We'll begin to bear fruit. We're desire to walk in His ways. We'll WANT to live our lives to please Him.

There are many people today who claim to be believers. They might attend church regularly, tithe, and even know all the right Christian phrases to speak...but does that MAKE them a believer? Is that the TRUE evidence of a changed heart? No. While some might be able to manufacture fake fruit, no one can fool the Father. He knows who is of Him and who is not. He knows who is playing games and who is real. Don't wear the mask of a believer.

We live in a world today that is so far removed from the Word of God. People are more concerned about making money and gratifying the

flesh...than doing what is right and pleasing to the Creator. But even in the midst of a corrupt society...WE can choose to live FOR God. We can be a light in a dark place. Believer, we need to be people who stand for the truth! We're called to expose the lies of the enemy! So don't allow the current state of our world depress you. Don't allow it to deter you from pressing on in the ministry of our Heavenly Father.

Sometimes, in the midst of a storm, we can't see anything BUT the rain. We can feel the wind, hear the thunder and see the lightening. But what we can't see...is how the Father is using it. You see, if we cling to Him during the storms of life, He will use it for good! Through life's trials, we can grow in our walk with Him. We can be made stronger in the faith.

Here's something to remember when facing the storms of life. That God can use it for good. As we grow during our trials...as we gain wisdom and understanding...we can put those to use in the ministry! When we encounter others who are ALSO struggling through life...we can be there to encourage, share the truth, and bring hope.

As we read through the Scriptures, we can see amazing testimonies of the Biblical saints. And often times, we try to compare their lives with ours...thinking that OUR testimonies...or our life stories are as impacting. But that's not true. As believers, we have ALL been saved from Hell! And we each have a story to tell.

As believers, we understand what we've been saved from. We remember who we were before we were cleansed by the blood of Messiah. And with that remembrance, there's hope. And so we must be diligent in sharing that message of hope with OTHERS. Allow the work of the Father's grace to continue in your life...so that you might bear good fruit. Fruit that will cause people to see the change in you.

In today's message, we will learn that the commands of our Father are not burdensome...that they're for our benefit...for our good. Just as our parents set a standard in our homes of how we're to live....that's what our Father did with us. He DOES have a righteous standard. But we aren't to keep it out of duty...or in order to attain salvation. We should WANT to walk in obedience to His ways because of what He's done for us. In the Scriptures we read the words of our Messiah, he said: If you LOVE Me, keep My commands.
