Good morning! Let's go. Just sun salutation A's this morning. It's a simple sequence, traditional, linking breath to movement. We go up and down. We're feeling the ground with the feet and celebrating the power of showing up everyday for a practice. That practice can be yoga, painting, music, running, journaling...whatever. What are you showing up for as you go through your life? What is your steady rock and home base? When you show up to yoga, your home base becomes childs pose or downward dog. You do this pose over and over for years and your body remembers it and checks in to see how things are changing. This is a 20min sun salutation flow. Do it in the morning to wake up the body or throughout the day whenever you need a pick me up.
