David welcomes Matthew Richard Walsh, Company Director/Artistic Director at Cracked Actors Theatre, back to Sunday Arts Magazine.

Matthew has been acting for thirty years, and has been directing plays over the last few years.

Realising that Cracked Actors would be better with their own venue, Matthew set about finding a place to call their own. He came upon a run down old reception venue at Albert Park Lake in 2015. He and Cracked Actors restored the old building into a theatre which opened in 2019.

Matthew chats to David about Cracked Actors, their theatre at Albert Park Lake, and their most recent play: “Cleo Stratus.”
