A wolf in sheep’s clothing is sometimes used to describe a character who pretends to be someone they’re not. They want you to believe they’re gentle and kind when in reality they’re waiting for the opportunity to ambush you with a dose of hatefulness or slander. In much the same way, we can treat our strongholds like this. Asking God which ones need to go, while still clinging to some.
