We celebrate the body and blood of Christ this Sunday. Each time we receive the Holy Communion, a miracle happens. We are spiritually fed, united in each other, and Divinity is united with humanity.

Trinity Sunday and Immeasurable Love: The celebration of the Holy Trinity contains the mystery of God, his nature and character.  Best known is "In the name of Father, Son and of the Holy Spirit". Today's reading however draws attention to the nature of the Trinity.  It is to something which unites the three, that is God's immeasurable love for us.

Happy Pentecost Sunday! The Voice, the Blood and the Life.

The coming of the Holy Spirit upon the disciples, known as Pentecost, is the beginning of the Church's existence and its expansion. The feast's rich readings employ the images of the voice, blood and life to describe the central role of the Holy Spirit in the beginning, and in life of this new community of faith.

The Feast of the Ascension celebrates Jesus’ ascent to heaven. The readings draw attention to the issue of the right use of authority and power, themes which occur repeatedly in today’s readings.

Spiritual resurrection: Pentecost is around the corner now. 6th Sunday of Easter’s readings emphasize that Jesus’ resurrection provides meaning and direction for our lives. Because of its attention to the Holy Spirit, this Sunday’s readings also begins to prepare for the concluding celebration of the Easter season, Pentecost. Hopes and Expectations Revised

The third Sunday of Easter continues to focus on the resurrection, and on how it changes people’s hopes and expectations for the future. Through his resurrection, Jesus dramatically revised and modified these hopes and expectations, giving his followers a glimpse of what God intended and prepared for them.
