After a few weeks MIA I am finally back with this series dissecting the big topic of Mental Health regarding its stigmatisation and many aspects hindering us from achieving this. This episode is about the rhetoric of today’s society that says we need to sacrifice the world within in order to indulge in the world without. But does this mean we are fully embracing and experiencing a fulfilling human experience?
