We talk about habits that make people successful, share embarrassing music choices from childhoods, Mom has an amazing time listening to Jeremy Renner's music, and Grandma Margie visits at the end to impart some wisdom to us. 

This week we sit with Ira Steven Behr, writer/ exec producer of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Laura Behr (physicist, choreographer) to discuss creative challenges (and how to overcome them), a snapshot of the creatives in their youth, festivals, outsider art, and the state of television. We had short ribs and mashed potatoes for dinner with toffee cheesecake and lemon sorbet for dessert.

This week we are joined by Marine, extreme sports enthusiast, and brother/ son  Buster Miscusi. Together, we reminisce on our Thanksgiving meal together and talk about flow states, the draw toward extreme activities, and our family dynamics.
