Going to therapy, special programs, and rehab aren't bad things, but when it comes to the root issue of sin in our lives, Jesus truly is our only hope. No matter how much self-effort we put in, we can never save ourselves from sin. We will hear today from Pastor Dion, that it's the Holy Spirit that reveals that sin to us, draws us to Jesus, and frees us from that sticky, entangling sin issue. The Christian faith is not some religious act of pulling ourselves up, it is amazing grace and forgiveness that dwells with us.
