It appears that people forego their individuality when in a group. I don't like crowds, I can't move with crowds, I feel that's not my place, I'm content remaining individual in crowds. Crowds of people are stupid, like sheep they follow each other. I can work well in a group with a clear goal or desired outcome, even lead the group.
