Executive podcast producer, former Riverdance performer and certified Bravoholic Xander Cross joins Sofia and Jess for a very special Side Dish, and safe to say, we barely scratched the surface.

Xander takes us behind the scenes of his career in radio and podcasting, including producing some of Australia’s biggest podcasts, and shares what it’s actually like meeting the reality stars and celebrities we spend far too much time talking about. There are encounters with Andy Cohen and Countess Luann, some Hayu FanFest debriefing, and a very lovely description of Abbie Chatfield after Xander recently worked with her.

Then, obviously, we get into Housewives.

Xander reveals his reality TV origin story, makes the case for why RHONY remains one of the greatest franchises of all time, declares Miami cinema, explains why Atlanta is back, and joins us for some very spirited conversations about Teresa vs Melissa, Rhode Island, Kristen Doute, Stassi Schroeder and when, or whether problematic reality stars deserve a redemption arc.

The Housewives are back together, MAFS USA has officially gone off the rails, and Sofia has fallen headfirst into an internet true-crime rabbit hole.

This week, we’re unpacking the first episode of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th from NeNe Leakes’ glorious return and Vicki Gunvalson’s inability to read a room, to an 80s Bunco party at The Quiet Woman and all the nostalgia of seeing the Housewives worlds collide.

Then it’s time for a Married at First Sight USA Season 20 update, and things have taken a much darker turn.
