  • Suffering, Tribulations, and Obedience to God

    Jim's Sunday Message:

Looking at other peoples lives as a measure of our own suffering and success is a common error Christians make. We all do it and 1 Peter Chapter 4 warns us of this. Jim reminds us through scripture that we must remain true to our faith in Jesus Christ because our path will not be easy and will include suffering and tribulations just as Jesus suffered on the cross, but that we must remain obedient to the Lord just as our Lord Jesus Christ maximized obedience to God over the desire to quell suffering..
