You prayed. You believed. Nothing changed.
Someone probably told you — "God won't give you more than you can handle." But what if that's not actually what the Bible says?
Pastor Paul gets honest about the gap between what faith sounds like in theory — and what it feels like when real life hits. Suffering, unanswered prayer, and why God sometimes allows life to exceed your capacity on purpose.
Not a hype talk. An honest one.

What if the reason you feel stuck isn’t your situation—but where you keep going back to?

In this message, we unpack a simple but uncomfortable question:
Why do we keep looking for life in places that already drained us?

“The worst thing that can happen when you encourage someone… is they heard something good.”

What if the way you speak to people could change their life?

In this message, we’re reminded that resurrection people aren’t meant to stay comfortable — they’re sent. Sent to carry light. Sent to bring life. Sent to encourage.

So often, we put pressure on ourselves to say the perfect thing… but the truth is, God is already at work. We just get to be part of it.

Ever notice how easy it is to judge others… but hard to face ourselves?
This talk explores why we do that—and what it means for how we live, love, and treat people.

Most people think sin is just about bad behavior. But what if it’s deeper than that?

In this message, we explore what Scripture really says about sin as a condition, grace as a gift, and why we all stand on level ground at the cross. This isn’t about shame or perfection—it’s about transformation from the inside out.

No matter your past, there is no condemnation in Christ. Grace is bigger than you think.

What are you leaning on in this season?

Through Scripture and the story of Joseph, this message challenges us to stop relying on ourselves and return to a posture of surrender. Our place in this world is found not by arriving, but by continually leaning on God.

This message reminds us that God has a specific place and purpose for each of us, even when life feels stuck or meaningless. Feeling “standing still” doesn’t mean God isn’t working, often it means He is forming us, shaping our character, and deepening our faith. Through Christ, our waiting and frustration are not pointless but rooted in hope and promise. It’s not always about getting somewhere faster, but about becoming who God has designed us to be.

This past Sunday, Pastor Ben delivered the first message of Place In This World, a series exploring calling, purpose, and where we belong as followers of Jesus. Even when life feels uncertain, God meets us in the “here and now” — leading, shaping, and reminding us that our true place is found in Him.
