This week we start Chapter 15 as Jesus addresses the hypocritic religious leaders, wanting to be seen for what they were doing. He also looks at the seven marks of a right heard.

After spending hours on a boat in prayer, Jesus walks on water to the amazement of the disciples who were left in fear. Pastor Mike looks at this story and the storms he's been through in his own life, not helping you get over them but get through them.

Continuing in John 14, Pastor Mike looks at the miracle of Jesus turning a small amount of bread and fish into enough food to feed five thousand people, describing the layout of the land and its relation to Jesus' ministry.

The last Old Testament prophet, John The Baptist, was imprisoned before his beheading at the hands of Herod Antipas. Elder Bill Carter looks at the six "ingredients" that seventeenth-century pastor Thomas Weston looks at in order to show genuine repentance.

Pastor Mike closes out Matthew 13 by looking at the three more parables told by Jesus. The kingdom of heaven is like hidden treasure that has been found because it brings joy.

Pastor Mike looks at the mustard seed and its biblical meaning this week while sharing numbers of unreached people around the world, detailing all the work that still needs to be done.

The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the people of the kingdom. The weeds are the people of the evil one, and the enemy who sows them is the devil. 

We turn to chapter 13 of Matthew as Jesus tells a parable to his followers, for which he had to explain his reasoning to the disciples.

The Pharisees attempt to entrap Jesus by asking for a sign proving that He is the Messiah. Pastor Mike looks more into Matthew 12 this week.

Continuing in Matthew 12, Pastor Mike returns to look at the lasting fruit that Jesus refers to in the key scripture this week.
