SUNDAY NIGHT’S MAIN EVENT - THE HUB

Where do we even start with tonight’s emotional tribute show? With the passing of WWE Hall of Famer Terry Funk and WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt this week, SmackDown had to be totally re-written to become what we saw tonight. We share our thoughts on when we heard the news about Bray, and try to get through this podcast. We start with a 10 bell salute and the crowd singing. We get tribute messages and video packages throughout the night. Matches this evening included: Rey Mysterio and Grayson Waller, Zelina Vega and Iyo Sky, A Terry Funk Tribute by Cody Rhodes,. The Street Profits and the Brawling Bruits in a Terry Funk Hardcore Match. And to close the show, Finn Balor and LA Knight. Finally we talk about some of the biggest Bray Wyatt memories and mourn the passing of a Superstar taken too early from this world.

Join Boris Aguilar and Matthew Ederer as they celebrate the life and times of Windham Rotunda, aka Bray Wyatt

We're going All In, bruv! Two great matches, numerous great angles, (arguably) the best promo of Will Ospreay's career, (definitely) the best promo of Billy Gunn's career, and of course everybody's favourite - Christian making fun of some kid's dead father. Join Matthew Ederer as he discusses AEW Dynamite #203: Fyter Fest from Duluth, GA (08.23.2023). The "go-home" show for AEW's biggest PPV to date, and a perfect example of how to use a smaller show to set-up & sell a bigger one. (Our scheduled guest unfortunately could not make it, but we will be back with a guest host next week)

Could review Independent Wrestling, I said. Go on then, they said. Called my bluff, you see. So I thought. And I had a lie down. And then I picked...Continental Championship Wrestling from 1986! And I'll be following it, weekly, until it's gone. Dutch Mantell, the Armstrongs, Fuller, Adrian Street...cor!
